Meylin is an experienced General Construction Coordinator and real estate investor specializing in multifamily apartment acquisitions and value-driven property improvements. With a strong foundation in construction management, project coordination, and contractor oversight, she brings a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to every phase of development — from pre-construction planning through final delivery.
In her role as a Construction Coordinator, Meylin manages project timelines, budgets, subcontractor relationships, and on-site execution to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Known for clear communication and strong problem-solving skills, she effectively bridges the gap between ownership, contractors, engineers, and field teams.
Beyond construction operations, Meylin is actively involved in acquiring and investing in apartment buildings, focusing on strategic improvements that increase property value, operational performance, and long-term returns. By combining construction expertise with investment insight, she identifies opportunities to optimize renovations, control costs, and enhance asset performance.

Veena Jetti is a founding partner of Vive Funds, a unique commercial real estate firm that specializes in curating conservative opportunities for investors. Veena brings a dynamic perspective to targeting, acquiring, managing, and operating assets using best practices combined with cutting-edge technologies.
After graduating from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in Finance at 20 years old, she pursued her passion for real estate. Veena has over a decade of real estate experience and over $1B+ in real estate assets over her career in both the startup and corporate worlds. Because of her diverse background, she is often a panelist and speaker for various podcasts, global conferences, and radio shows.
Aside from professional endeavors, Veena is a passionate philanthropist. She has founded and served on the board of a national non-profit organization. In 2017, she was one of only three women to receive the Politico Woman of the Year award for the significant amount of time and focus she spent on aiding in a grassroots Hurricane Harvey disaster response. She continues to be involved in helping companies and charitable organizations develop better disaster recovery protocols for future emergencies.

Garrett Lynch started wholesaling small multifamily apartment complexes in Chicago’s Southside while working for an apartment owner to learn the business. This eventually led to him co-founding a multifamily firm at the age of 26. He found a capital source and scaled the business to 3400 units in 10 markets.
With his appetite for owning and operating large multifamily complexes, he set out to acquire more 150+ unit value add multifamily assets around the country. He currently controls over $350M of multifamily real estate and is the host of the Financial Freedom with Real Estate Investing Podcast. Garrett enjoys fitness, international travel, driving exotic cars and helping others become successful in real estate investing.
He has been interviewed on many podcasts including the Best Ever CRE Show, The Real Estate Syndication Show, The Bigger Pockets Podcast and more. He has spoken on multiple stages in the real estate and sales industries, and brings his confidence and experience to real estate investing.
